By accessing and using Labbide, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Labbide is a software-as-a-service platform that provides design resource management capabilities including license tracking, project portfolio management, asset tracking, and cost analytics for engineering and design teams.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
4. Subscription and Payment
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as agreed at purchase

- Renewal terms as specified at purchase
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labbide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
